The Vitality Series Rear Delt / Pec Fly features pivoting arms that adjust to the user's arm length. The easy-to-adjust starting position and dual hand positions allow for exercise variation. A long, narrow pad provides back support for Pec Fly movements and chest support for Rear Delt movements. Users can easily engage the additional weight with the push of a lever to increase the workload.
