The Vitality Series Abdominal/Back Extension is designed so users can perform two exercises on one space-saving machine. Padded shoulder straps adjust to the user's body for added comfort. Multiple foot platforms allow for both movements. Users can easily engage the additional weight with the push of a lever to increase the workload.
